3M™ wire pulling lubricant wintergrade is a translucent, green polymer gel that acts as an excellent lubricant for pulling wire and cable. This lubricant wipes off the cable quickly and cleanly before terminating or splicing. It is a modified version of our WL gel lubricant for cold weather applications. The thick lubricant remains easy to scoop and apply to wire and cable without runs, or drips in both warm, and cold temperatures. The lubricant produces a low coefficient of friction that lessens the chance of wire damage from high pulling forces. It wipes off the cable quickly and cleanly before terminating, or splicing common wire and cable jackets.
